Richie and the team were excellent from start to finish. He was very accommodating regarding our requirements for the specifications for our garage to office conversion and porch extension. The tradesmen on site were considerate and kept us informed of what they were doing and the solutions they were implementing for issues arising. The cost of the quote was in line with our expectations and Richie kept us updated regarding any changes that were brought about by unforeseen issues, or where we amended the spec on the fly. The build was also in line with our expectations regarding time. The finish was to an excellent standard and the team cleared the site as well, restoring the driveway back to the same standard. Overall, a job really well done - we'd definitely recommend and would be returning to Marshalls for any future building projects.

We were so pleased with Ritchie and Steve's work. Their time keeping was superb, they worked very hard and completed the project on schedule, to a very high standard. We would highly recommend Ritchie and Steve, who are both friendly, personable and hard working.

The job was performed with the minimum of fuss and exactly as described. Marshalls also provide other building services so I will be sure to ask for a quote from them whenever I need more work. I would recommend them from my experience -
Quality of work was good. It was on time and on budget, generally speaking. Richie is conscientious, practical, considerate, a good time-keeper.

We found Richie, Steve and team through a website search and then discovered that they were quite local to us. They completed a basement conversion and did all the general building work. Groundwork, structural, all that type of work. We got a long with the guys extremely well, they were superb. Their time keeping was excellent, they came rain, snow or shine. They quality was outstanding, I can't speak highly enough of these guys. I'd give them as many stars as I can give!
